After setting up an appointment, you'll receive an invite to add it to your calendar which will also include the link you'll need when it's time for your session. 


Important: We use a web-based communication tool for all of our support sessions. It allows us to share screens on either end (you can share your screen or we can share ours). In order for you to be able to join your scheduled session, you will need to use the latest version of Google Chrome and be using a device that has a built-in or external microphone.
