The Accounts Payable ledger will show you upcoming expenses based on the date filter you set. You can quickly change the amount of the upcoming expense and then post it. This report shows both recurring expenses as well as job and non-job related expenses.

With the aging report you can quickly see your accounts payable and if you have any past due.

You can find the Accounts Payable Reports in the Reports sidebar menu of your account.  Note that in order to view the Reports section, you must be an administrator user.
