Reporting an Email that's Gone to Spam

There's a lot of reasons an email can end up in a client's spam folder including, but not limited to:

  • Excessive use of links or images
  • Technical configurations
  • Email provider rules

To help us better investigate the reason for your email ending up in spam, and to help us gain a better understanding of the issues impacting our customer base as a whole, we encourage you to report emails that end up in spam using the form below.
