For support, please send in a message with the specific details through the in-app chat available within your Táve account. We will do our best to help in this group however we can, but all support requests should be made directly through your Táve account.
Bug reports and feature requests can only be addressed by messaging Táve directly so that the team can log them appropriately and be sure to follow up with you directly upon them being fulfilled.
Note: in order to keep spam and bot accounts out of the group, we check your Facebook profile and our database to make sure you're a legitimate user. If your Facebook profile is completely locked down with privacy settings, it may be harder for us to determine that. Please contact us if you find your entry denied with a link to your Facebook profile.
