Quotes are the easiest way to get your clients booked! If you save quote templates for your typical bookings in Settings › Quotes, you can reuse them over and over again, and even make changes as needed for specific clients without affecting your templates.

Quote Template Details
In the quote template details box, you’ll give the quote a name and description. You’ll also set a default expiration date and the tax group you’d like to apply to the quote.
In the quote configuration, we’ll be adding the products or packages that we created when we first set up our account.
When adding a product or package, you have a few options available to you for client selection.
- Required – These items are required in order to book the quote.
- Suggested – These items are not required but they are included in the quote by default. The client can remove them when booking.
- Optional – These items are presented in a separate list below the quote. The client can change the quantity of the items, then add them to the quote.
Here’s where you set the steps of the booking process. You can set a payment schedule, a questionnaire to be completed, and a contract that needs to be signed. you can use the ‘Edit’ buttons to make changes to the payment schedules or contracts for this specific quote template.
Converting a Standard Quote to an Advanced Quote
If you would like to include more than one quote, payment schedule, questionnaire, and/or contract for your client to have during the booking process, you can convert your standard quote into an advanced quote by clicking the ‘Convert to Advanced Quote’ button.
Viewing a Quote in Client Access
A standard quote will have the following format on the client's side, showing any optional items they can choose to add on if they'd like before booking it.

Sending a Quote Manually
You can send a quote to a client manually or by automation. To create and send it manually, you'll first choose the quote template you'd like to use from the dropdown on the lead or job's Quotes & Orders tab.
Once added and any necessary changes are made to the quote, you'll send it off to the recipient from the quote screen using the Email Quote button.
Sending a Quote by Automation
Sending a quote by automation is almost identical to sending a questionnaire. You need to be sure to include the 'item' link tokens in your email template and then you would attach your specific quote in the automation's Action setup by choosing the quote you wish to link to in this email from the dropdown.
In order for your quote to show up under this dropdown menu, you will need to save a quote as a template in Settings › Quotes.
Automating a quote can be helpful for those wishing to send a quote immediately upon on a new lead coming in through their website contact form.
