Think of a lead as any person that makes contact with you. They haven't agreed to do business with you just yet, but they might in the future. Keeping track of leads in Táve is vital to understanding the success of your business.
In Táve language, a lead is the first stage of any job in Táve. They can be manually added using the ‘New Lead’ button on the dashboard or they can be added automatically through one of the many Contact Form options.
Leads are where you’ll have your initial dialogue with a potential client.

Stage 1: Lead - The first of four stages of a job. You haven’t yet turned this lead into a booked job.
A job is booked when someone has agreed to work with you. In Táve this will be when they move to the 'booked' stage.
When working with your clients in Táve, they will always be attached to a job. We book them by sending them a quote or invoice which could also include a questionnaire or contract and receiving payment.
When a client signs a contract, agrees to a quote, or you manually book a quote, Táve will automatically move them to the 'booked' stage for you.
There are a number of things you can do while working with a job. You can create additional sales orders, send another questionnaire, and manage all of the tasks associated with getting the job all the way through to the completed stage.
Quick Tip: The new lead worksheet we used when we first created the lead is now the job worksheet and can be edited at any time from the job overview page.
Stage 2: Booked - The second stage of a job. The client is officially booked but it is still before the job date, which in Táve is called the 'primary session'.
Stage 3: Fulfillment - The third stage of a job. This is after you’ve completed the primary session. The fulfillment stage is when you deliver the goods or services you provide.
Stage 4: Completed - The final stage of a job. All tasks are complete and balances paid in full.
