As we saw when learning about how to turn leads into booked jobs, jobs in Táve have four stages they go through: Lead, Booked, Fulfillment, and Completed.

When observing Job › Milestone reached: Completed, you can execute an automation based on the date that it goes from Fulfillment to Completed. In the example below, when the job is fully complete, we can have an automation send them a questionnaire to provide feedback.
