You can upload any type of file, including images and PDFs, to an email template by choosing the Insert File button in the email editor bar.  Táve will then link to that file in the email wherever you place the link.

Almost 100% of email clients strip out videos from emails, so the best way we recommend including them in outgoing emails it to add a still image of the video that links to the video's URL.
