Importing ShootProof Orders - Video Walkthrough
Watch our short video above, or follow the written information below, to learn how to import your ShootProof orders into Táve.
Importing ShootProof Orders - Written Instructions
The ShootProof integration allows you to import your orders directly into Táve where you can attach them to a specific job.
If you haven't already, you'll want to integrate your ShootProof account with your Táve account. You can follow the steps to integrate your account here:
Importing ShootProof Orders
As soon as a client places an order, a notice will appear on your dashboard indicating you have pending imports. Clicking this notice will take you to the list of pending imports which is also accessible in Settings › Imports.
To import the order, simply click the import button to the right of the order. You will be presented with Order Details, as well as options to attach the order to an existing customer (or create a new one), attach it to a specific job, and assign the sales tax collected through ShootProof to one of your tax groups set up in Táve.
Click Save & Continue. The order has now been successfully imported.
Reimporting a ShootProof Order
If you accidentally delete an order within Táve, you can reimport it from the list of recent imports (here in Settings › Imports):
Manually Importing a ShootProof Order
If one of your orders isn't importing, use the Import ShootProof Order at the top of the imports page:
This will open your ShootProof integration settings (from here in Settings › Gallery Integrations) where you can enter the order ID number to manually import your order:
Tax Remitted by ShootProof
If you're importing an order where ShootProof is automatically collecting and remitting the tax as the marketplace facilitator, you'll see this noted on the Order Details here:
Update the Import Details and import your order as usual.
Any orders with tax that's been remitted by ShootProof will show the tax as Marketplace Facilitated in your Sales Tax Liability reports. You'll see this on a separate line from your collected tax and this won't be included in your Tax Collected total at the top.
