Watch our short video above, or follow the written information below, to learn how to import your ShootProof orders into Táve.

The ShootProof integration allows you to import your orders directly into Táve where you can attach them to a specific job.

Integrating ShootProof

If you haven't already, you'll need to integrate your ShootProof account with your Táve account. Head to Settings › Gallery Integrations and click CONNECT on the ShootProof tile at the top:

You'll be prompted to log into ShootProof with your login credentials and grant Táve certain permissions.

Importing Orders

As soon as a client places an order, a notice will appear on your dashboard indicating you have pending imports. Clicking this notice will take you to the list of pending imports which is also accessible in Settings › Imports.

To import the order, simply click the “import” button to the right of the order. You will be presented with Order Details, as well as options to attach the order to an existing customer (or create a new one), attach it to a specific job, and assign the sales tax collected through ShootProof to one of your tax groups set up in Táve.

Click “Save & Continue”. The order has now been successfully imported.

Reimporting an Order

If you accidentally delete an order within Táve or find that one of your orders is not importing, you can either reimport it from the list of recent imports:

Alternatively, head to Settings › Gallery Integrations, edit your ShootProof integration and enter the order number to manually import the order:
