The General Ledger is a ledger reporting on all income and expenses going through your business by date. You can filter the ledger by different date ranges and by brand.

You can also download the General Ledger as a CSV, which is helpful when sharing business data with an accountant or CPA, or importing data into an external accounting program.

At the bottom of your General Ledger you'll also see the totals for the period and brand filtered by, for payments, expenses, surcharges, rebates, and gratuities:
