In Reports › Product, you can get a break down of your booking trends based on product and product type.  Use this to get an idea of how much you sell of a certain product. If you’re not seeing a product at all, maybe add it into a package to make it value add instead. As with the other reports, you can filter it for a variety of criteria on the right.

You can find the Booking Trends by Product Report in the Reports sidebar menu of your account.  Note that in order to view the Reports section, you must be an administrator user.
