While you can't legally change a bound agreement after it has been signed, we have a suggested workaround in this article for creating a contract amendment for your clients to sign establishing what's changing with your agreement.
Important note: The legality and procedures surrounding contracts varies by location and situation. The following is not legal advice. Please consult an attorney for best practices in your area.
If a contract already exists and you and the other party want to modify some element of it — whether it’s an addition, deletion, correction, or similar change — an amendment is an ideal solution.
An amendment doesn’t replace the whole original contract, just the part that’s changed by the amendment (for example, the new venue, event date, price or details of the client’s order). If a contract requires extensive changes, it’s generally wiser to create an entirely new agreement in which the prior contract is reproduced with the changes included.

For example, if you’d like to change the contracted wedding or event date, you can create a contract template in your Táve account that has wording to reflect that just the date is being changed like the sample below. You would start by editing the Job Worksheet and changing the job’s primary session date to the new date. Then, by using the appropriate tokens in the language, customizing this contract addendum for clients who have changed their event date will be simple.
Upon adding this new contract addendum template to the job, you can send an email to your clients enclosing a link to this addendum by selecting the email option to the right of the new contract.
