Link your Pic-Time galleries to your jobs in Táve for easy and personalized access to your gallery data.
If you haven't already, you'll want to integrate your Pic-Time account with your Táve account. You can follow the steps to integrate your account here:
Linking Pic-Time Galleries
To link one or more galleries to a Táve job, you'll head to the job overview where you'll find the Galleries widget. Simply click Link Gallery to browse or search your Pic-Time galleries.
Select your gallery and set which Táve event this gallery should be linked to. You can link multiple galleries to your Táve jobs by linking them to different events on the job schedule. For example, linking an Engagement gallery to the Engagement Session and a Wedding gallery to the Wedding event on the job.
If your gallery doesn't exist in Pic-Time yet, you can create it right from the job in Táve. Select Link Gallery and choose the Create Pic-Time option here:
You'll be prompted to give your gallery a name, select one of your gallery presets, specify which Táve event you're linking this gallery to, as well as which contact you'd like to set as the Main Client in Pic-Time.
Once you've linked a new or existing gallery, you'll have quick access to all the important information associated with that gallery. Use the Manage button to jump to that gallery's Dashboard in Pic-Time. Use the Open Gallery button to open the client link to the gallery. You'll also be able to Unlink a gallery if you've linked the wrong one by mistake.

Gallery Category: {{primary_session.gallery.category}}
Gallery Status: {{primary_session.gallery.status}}

URL to the gallery: {{primary_session.gallery.url}}
Admin Panel Links Tokens
Link to the gallery admin panel: {{primary_session.gallery.admin_link}}
URL to the gallery admin panel: {{primary_session.gallery.admin_url}}
Here's how those tokens would populate in an email template:
Since each gallery is linked to a specific Táve event, you can use any event type tokens to access the gallery data. If you have a Wedding job with an Engagement Session gallery linked (which isn't the primary session), you'd use that event type prefix before your gallery tokens. For example:
{{engagement_session.gallery.name}}
{{engagement_session.gallery.password}}
{{engagement_session.gallery.expiration_date}}
Add the Gallery Cover Image in an Email
Here's a neat tip! Add the gallery cover image in to an email template! You can use the gallery cover image token {{primary_session.gallery.cover_photo_url}}
in an email template to pull in the gallery cover image.
NOTE: You'll need to add this token as the image source in the HTML view of your email template. Follow the steps below...
To add this, switch to the HTML view of your email template using this button here:
Then copy and paste the following code:
<p><img src="{{primary_session.gallery.cover_photo_url}}" width="100%" alt="gallery cover image"></p>
This will insert an image using the gallery cover URL as the source of that image - populating the gallery cover image in to your email!
NOTE: The code above will populate the primary session gallery cover image. If you want to add the cover image of another gallery (not linked to the primary session) just swap out the event type prefix of that token in the code.
Calendar and Jobs Lists
You can add gallery Cover Photo, and other gallery-related items to your Calendar and Job sidebar lists, as well as sort and filter based on gallery data. For example, create a saved list of upcoming expiring galleries using the Gallery Expiration date.
You can search for all the visible gallery columns using the option here and searching for Event Gallery:
