When you send your client a contract, either through a quote or on its own, you’ll need to sign it too. When you next log into Táve, you’ll be prompted to review it and add your signature.

You can have an automation run when your countersign a contract by observing Contract › Studio accepted and signed. Adding your signature to the box will trigger that automation to run.

A great use this would be to set up an automation that runs when you countersign a contract, which sends an email to your client with a link to their countersigned contract for their own records.

You'll notice in the example above we've added a condition to exclude contracts sent to our second photographers. We want to ensure this automation only runs when we countersign client contracts, so adding a condition for {{target.name}} must not contain the text [Name of contractor/second photographer contract template] will ensure it excludes those and only runs when we countersign client contracts, like this:
