Viewing & Editing Bookable Events

You'll find all your Bookable Events here in the Scheduling sidebar:

Use the Actions dropdown next to a Bookable Event to Edit, view Scheduled Events, Duplicate an event, go to the Direct Link, get the Embeddable Link, Pause Bookings or Delete this Bookable Event if you no longer need it:

Choosing Edit or Scheduled Events will take you to the Bookable Event overview. Here you'll be able to edit any of the sections of your Bookable Event. You'll also see controls at the top to Delete, Duplicate, go to the Direct Link or Pause Bookings on this Bookable Event:

Within the Notifications & Permissions section, you can set options for allowing your client to cancel or reschedule an event they booked with you, setting a minimum number of hours or days before the event start for each:

In your Email Templates, you'll find a default Bookable Event Cancellation email template available. This is what will be sent upon a client canceling an event, and you can edit it as needed.


View all upcoming, invite pending and past events of this kind on the Bookable Event's Scheduled Events tab. From the Actions dropdown here you can edit a scheduled event as well as Confirm or Unconfirm it:

The Reminders tab will show your upcoming reminders and sent reminders:

Note: If you change the time of an event on the lead or job, it will automatically update the time of the reminder accordingly, as long as the specified time hasn't passed. For example, if you have an reminder set to go out 24 hours before an event but you update the event time to less that 24 hours to go, the upcoming reminder won't be sent out.
