There are different ways to invite clients to schedule an event with you depending on if you want a new lead to be created or if you'd like to send the invitation from an existing lead or job.
Inviting New Clients
You can send them the direct link from any of your Bookable Events:
Or send them to your public Booking Site to book any of your public Bookable Events:
Both of these options will then create a new lead in Táve for this scheduled event.
Inviting Clients on Existing Leads or Jobs
You can send an invitation from an existing lead or job, so the event they book gets added to their job's schedule in Táve. You'll be able to send invitations from existing leads and jobs to any of your Bookable Events (Public or Private events).
Use the Invite dropdown on the job overview tab here:
Or the New Invitation dropdown on the Schedule tab here:
This will load up the Email Composer where you can use the default template or select a Bookable Event Invite template of your own:
You'll want to make sure your email template is using an item 'link token' (and not the Direct Link to the bookable event). What will then happen is the item link token in the email will become a clickable link to the item the email is referencing - i.e. the link to the specific invite on this job:
Want to save some time in putting together some invitation email templates? We have some new online scheduling email templates available in the Táve Template Gallery!
When an invite has been sent, you'll see it in Pending Invites on the lead or job's Schedule tab. The Booking Status will let you see what stage your client is at with their invitation. You'll also be able to resend or delete this invitation using the Actions dropdown:
You'll also be able to view all pending invites for any Bookable Event when viewing or editing Bookable Events or Mini Sessions. See more on that here:
When your client books their event, it will be added to the Schedule of their lead or job:
You can now invite clients to schedule an event with you by automation 🎉 Find out more about how to set that up here:
