How Your Clients Book Mini Sessions

See things from the client side and how easy it is for them to book their Mini Session!

Now you have your created your Mini Sessions, lets take a look at the client experience to see how easy it is for your clients to book!

While your client is in the process of booking, a lead will be created in Táve with the status of Scheduling in progress. You can read more on how things look on the Táve side here:

Booking a Mini Session

For now, lets look at the client side of things. If you've set your Mini Sessions as Public, they'll show on your Booking Site or you can use the direct link to promote these. You can also embed your Mini Sessions on your website!

Clients will be able to see the dates and locations being offered and be able to select from the time slots available:

After selecting a time slot, they'll fill in their name, email and contact number details, then be taken through your booking process. If you choose a quote as the booking process, they'll be taken through the quote to confirm their booking and pay for their Mini Session.

If you have multiple payment methods available, your client will choose a payment method first before making their payment:

If you only have one payment method available for this quote, your client will go straight to the payment page.

Once paid, your client has booked their Mini Session 🎉 They'll see a confirmation page, where they'll be able to view those details:

Any confirmation notice you've set up on your Mini Sessions settings will be sent out to your client at this time.

Rescheduling or Cancelling a Mini Session

If you've enabled the settings to allow your clients to reschedule or cancel their Mini Session, they'll see those options on their confirmation page here:

Reschedule will take your client back to the time slot selection page to choose a new spot.

Cancel will prompt your client to enter a message and confirm their cancellation.

You'll receive a notification email from us if your client reschedules or cancels their Mini Session.

NOTE: If you client cancels their Mini Session, this won't close their lead or job in Táve. Be sure to also close their open lead or job in Táve if you no longer need it.
